Reno’s Fine Motor have been around the local music scene for a while now, having released their first LP back in 2017. The trio consist of Casey Bell, Chris Mays and Dan Morse and what I love about the band is all their albums are written and recorded at a home studio. Their set up is simple; keys, guitar and drums with Bell on vocals, yet their sound is deep and complex and is a joy to listen to. Due to a last minute cancellation in December due to illness, I haven’t had the chance to see them perform live yet but am looking forward to the first opportunity to catch a show.
