I was just listening to Kelley Stoltz over the weekend and yesterday I came across a new album announcement for the prolific San Francisco musician. This will be his 19th full length album to date, and this output doesn’t even consider his collaborations with other Bay Area artists. According to the label’s presser, it seems as if Stoltz is making the music he wants to make and not worrying about commercial exploits or making executives happy. I highly respect this and appreciate when an artist or musician creates the art how they want to.
