Currently on tour, this trio from Seattle blew me away during their set at Greenhouse. Their sound is familiar but loud and fresh. Their recently released LP called “Cost of Living” is amazing and I’ve been playing it ever since the show. I do hope Stoneyard come back to Reno soon!
With this only being An Identity’s 2nd ever show, it was amazing to see how polished and well done the set was. Even before his appearance was made, the tripy, experimental music kicked on, leaving us all in the crowd wondering what was going on. It was a fantastic and at times, an emotional set but I think everyone in attendance felt something by the time the last note was played (even some random passerby walking past Greenhouse came by to tell An Identity how good his set was, which I thought was pretty cool).
