Los Angeles’ Triptides is a band I’ve been following since their 2011 EP titled Tropical Dreams (I was first introduced to them via cassette when I would buy anything released from Beachtapes). Their sound can be summed up 60’s/70’s psychedelia with surf rock thrown in the mix. They’re a band I fall back to constantly, especially during times when a pick me up is needed. Another Age is their latest single and I’m hoping another new album is on the way soon.
