New Boot Goofin is a track from Little Dad’s EP titled Your Life Is Not Over which was released last September. What I like most about this track is how many twists and turns it takes from start to finish. It starts off slow and mellow which is soon led by an thundering drum section which then changes back to lighter instrumental for a good portion of the track. A little over halfway through, soft vocals appear, adding to the somber feel of the track. Then, all of a sudden, it all explodes. The vocals get louder, all the instruments kick into high gear until the track tapers off into silence. The EP is solid and worth checking out.
