Went Too Far is the latest single from Cross Stitch, formerly known as Worm Shot. The band originally formed in 2022 and have three releases under their prior name which can be found here. Comparing the latest track as Cross Stitch, you can hear a band that has grown into their sound, matured and was ready for a rebrand to start fresh. According to a brief interview with RN&R, found here, the band are looking to create a heavier sound which I believe they have achieved with Went Too Far.
The band are set to play The Holland Project April 18th with fellow locals Bug Bath, both in support of LA’s Rocket. Tickets can be found here
