Deficit Space are a band I’ve finally had a chance to sit down and listen to. This past December, they released a collection of singles recorded between 2021 through 2025. The collection is an interesting look at how their song structure and compositions have changed over those four years. The first 3 tracks (their earliest recordings in 2021 and 2022) showcase their indie/alternative rock beginnings but moving up to their two latest releases in 2025, the sound becomes heavier, louder and hits your eardrum much harder. Hopefully there is more to come from Deficit Space as this is a talented band who have a stellar collection of songs so far.
