Reno’s Pussy Velour are back with a new album that dropped a few days ago on March 9th and it’s manic and insane and I love it. You can hear the energy radiating out of lead singer Wolfgang Hendrix’s vocals on every track. The band are hitting their stride and finding tons of momentum between their releases and live shows.
Their record release show is this Sunday the 15th at Midnight Coffee Roasters with locals Charity Kiss and Reno new-comers Spiral Eyed, then on April 29th with Reno’s Rigorous Proof opening for Crocodiles at The Holland Project then a few days later on May 2nd at The Alpine opening for The Darts.
There is something special about this band. Their brand of high energy punk mixed with Rock n Roll is infectious and I can’t stop watching live clips of Hendrix’s showmanship and the mayhem that ensues.
